The main products for ELSCHUKOM are micro wires for various different applications. Due to the origins of the company the focus is on melting wires for miniature fuses and car fuses with diameters between 10 µm and 800 µm. Plating lines adjusted to the use for such micro wire manufacturing allow the required precision tin and / or copper plating. The wires can be - if desired - flattened or wound. For historic reasons ELSCHUKOM manufactures specialty fuses which are otherwise not easily available or offers contract manufacturing for their wire customers (fuse manufacturers). Additionally ELSCHUKOM provides assembly work for cable assemblies and similar requirements
